At Vape Potions, we strive to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery services. Here’s everything you need to know:
Our company processes and dispatches orders Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. For orders exceeding £30, we offer free Royal Mail tracked 48 services. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following working day. If an order is placed on a public holiday, dispatch will take place on the next working day. Customers will receive a tracking reference at the point of dispatch to monitor the progress of their orders.

To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our festive delivery deadlines:
🎄 Special Delivery – Guaranteed within 1 working day.
Place your final orders by 2pm, Monday, 23rd December.
🎄 Royal Mail 24 – Delivered in 1–2 working days.
Final orders must be placed by 2pm, Friday, 20th December.
🎄 Royal Mail 48 – Arrives in 2–4 working days.
Order by 2pm, Thursday, 19th December.
Important: Orders received after 12pm on Tuesday, 24th December, will be dispatched on Friday, 27th December 2024.
Store Closure: We will be closed on 25th December, 26th December, and 1st January 2025. No orders will be dispatched on these dates.

Royal Mail Delivery
To ensure same-day dispatch when selecting Royal Mail, orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends). Royal Mail will deliver every day except bank holidays when selecting Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail Special. When selecting Royal Mail 48 they deliver Monday to Saturday. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where you live.
Orders that are very large may be split into two or more parcels. If this is the case, we will email you individual tracking references of each parcel at the point of dispatch.
Click & Collect (free)
For orders placed before 4pm, your items will be ready for same-day collection. If you place an order after 4pm, it will be prepared and ready for collection on the following business day. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email. Please do not come for collection until you receive the notification that your order is ready. Come to the reception for order collection once notified. Our collection hours are from 11am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
